Tracking numbers can take a few hours to activate after the label is created. If it still doesn’t work after 24 hours, double-check the ID or contact support.
- Pending: Shipment created but not yet scanned.
- In Transit: Moving between hubs.
- Out for Delivery: Courier will deliver today.
- Delivered: Shipment completed.
- Exception: Delay such as weather, clearance or customs issues.
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes are levied by the destination country's government. These are typically the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in the shipping cost unless specified.
Address corrections are possible for a small fee, provided the shipment has not yet left the destination sorting facility. Please contact support immediately if you notice an error.
We strictly prohibit hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, and perishable items without prior cold-chain approval. Please review our Prohibited Items List before booking.
All Nexus Dispatch shipments come with basic liability coverage. For high-value items, we recommend purchasing Premium Cargo Insurance during the booking process for full protection.
Standard delivery runs Monday through Friday. However, our Express & Priority services include Saturday delivery in select metropolitan areas.
Delivery time depends on your service level (Economy vs. Express) and the shipping lane. Once scanned in, your live ETA appears automatically on the tracking page.
We ship to 220+ countries and territories worldwide — including remote and rural regions via our partner network.
If your shipment shows no updates for several days, or passes its ETA, contact support immediately so we can launch an investigation.
